The number of documents included, each month differs by plan type. Sign On Doc’s Personal plan includes 5 documents per month.
How do I buy a plan for more than one user?
We have no cap on number of users. Unlimited number of users can use same account.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes, for annual subscription plans purchased on SignOnDoc.com, we offer a refund within 30 days of purchase. For monthly subscription plans, you can cancel your account at any time and you will not be charged for the next month.*
Does everyone signing the document need a Sign On Doc account?
No, recipients of your documents do not need an account to sign with Sign On Doc. Your document will be sent via email or the link can be shared and recipients can review the document, adopt a signature, and complete the signing process without having a Sign On Doc account.
How much does Sign On Doc cost?

Will my monthly/annual subscription be renewed automatically?
